Pierce Consulting Works, LLC works closely with the board to help the nonprofit through the organization's critical period of leadership transition. While each engagement is different based upon the nonprofit's mission and operations, our responsibilities typically include managing the staff, monitoring the budget and programs, overseeing the fundraising and communications function and other duties as requested by the board. The board is then able to focus on conducting a comprehensive search for the next executive director/ceo.
Pierce Consultant Works LLC typically also conducts an organization assessment that helps prepare the organization for the next executive director/ceo. Once the board hires the new executive director/ceo, Pierce Consulting Works LLC will help to onboard the new leader.
